*31ST ANNNUAL 5K FOR HEALTH
Help us raise $100,000 for Cass County Dental Clinic at the 5K for Health. The event will be on Saturday, May 3 at Southwick Stadium in Belton, Missouri. All proceeds benefit our safety net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic, which provides access to quality dental care for families who otherwise couldn’t afford it.

The 31st Annual 5K for Health, hosted by Cass Community Health Foundation, is just around the corner! Community members from Cass County and the surrounding area are encouraged to sign up soon to help raise funds for the foundation’s safety net dental clinic.
Cass Community Health Foundation has received a $10,000 donation from Downtown Belton Main Street for the new Cass County Dental Clinic in Belton, Missouri.
Cass Community Health Foundation is offering dog registration at the 31st Annual 5K for Health.
Applications for Cass Community Health Foundation’s health related scholarships are open.
Teledentistry services in select Cass County and Grandview schools are now open for enrollment through Cass County Dental Clinic, Cass Community Health Foundation’s safety net dental clinic.
